1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Ramlimante Solar Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Ramlimante Solar provides solar panel installation, consultation, maintenance, and related renewable energy services throughout the United Kingdom. Our services include:

• Solar panel system design and installation
• Energy consultation and assessment
• System maintenance and support
• Government incentive guidance
• Technical support and customer service

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Consultation and Quotation

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, or regulatory requirements.

3.2 Installation Process

Installation work will be carried out by MCS certified engineers in accordance with industry standards and building regulations. The Customer must provide safe access to the installation site.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due upon completion of installation and system commissioning.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about their property and energy requirements
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the installation site
• Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords or homeowners associations
• Comply with all safety instructions during installation
• Notify us immediately of any issues with the installed system

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Product Warranties

Solar panels and equipment come with manufacturer warranties as detailed in individual product specifications. We provide comprehensive warranty documentation upon system completion.

5.2 Installation Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty on our installation workmanship, covering defects in installation that affect system performance.

5.3 Performance Guarantee

System performance projections are estimates based on historical weather data and may vary due to environmental conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or energy savings estimates.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from signing the contract. Cancellation after installation commencement may incur charges for work completed and materials ordered.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

11. Dispute Resolution
